Praise Postcards: A New Way to Celebrate Success
This week marks the introduction of Praise postcards, designed to add an engaging and collectible element to student recognition. Each postcard features a 1-5 star rating, encouraging students to collect and value their achievements. Students can store these postcards in the dedicated wallets within their planners or take them home as a reminder of their success.

These postcards can be awarded by any member of staff and cover all areas of activity, from subject postcards to Tutee of the Week, Enrichment, Subject Support, and Attendance, to name just a few.

Tutors will play a vital role in the new recognition system by nominating a student from their group as Tutee of the Week. The selected student will also receive a Tutee of the Week postcard.
