The very last day of term (April 2nd) saw the return of our popular Golden Ticket Day. Students were once again very eager to earn an on-the-spot golden ticket for demonstrating extraordinary effort.

Across the day well over 300 students were awarded a golden ticket from many different members of staff for their efforts in lessons, towards attendance, showing progress or via a contribution they have made to the academy. At the end of the day students who had received a golden ticket were able to choose a reward of their choice, from Easter treats, to queue busters or entry into draws for bigger prizes. The day proved a fantastic way to start the Easter holiday.
