Year 10 students at Macmillan Academy have the opportunity to undertake work experience as part of their Key Stage 4 study programme. It's a fantastic opportunity for students to gain an insight into the world of work and to explore a career they may wish to pursue in the future.

Ks4 student Daniel applied and gained a two week placement with Calm Digital, a local digital marketing company based in the Boho Buildings in Middlesbrough. Whilst on placement he had the opportunity to become actively involved in the process associated with web site development, from meeting with the client to research, marketing and design.
