Year 12 students recently completed a residential field trip to the northwest of England staying in Morecambe, but travelling into the southern and central Lakes too.

They used a wide range of fieldwork techniques to investigate urban redevelopment and rebranding strategies and assessed the different coastal management techniques used in Morecambe Bay.

They particularly enjoyed the farm visits because they got to feed the lambs, but the adventure activities on offer in Grizedale Forest was also really interesting.

Everyone worked very hard and should now be really confident of success in the Unit 2 'Investigations' examination.
