On Thursday 27th February the Language Leaders Event took place in the Modern Languages department. Post 16 students planned and resourced mini language lessons for 20 local primary school children.

On Thursday 27th February the Language Leaders Event took place in the Modern Languages department. Year 12 and 13 students planned and resourced mini language lessons for 20 local primary school children.

Students enjoyed a range of languages and activities from Danish numbers and The Little Mermaid to Hindi colours and paint blowing. At the end of the day's events the Year 8 language ambassadors led fun and games in French.

It was a fun and creative day for all, and the Year 5 and 6 students showed great potential in languages. We look forward to hearing their comments on the MFL and Mac Links blogs and catching up with them again soon!
