Macmillan's Own Masterchefs

Year 10 catering students recently experienced what life is like in a real kitchen when then they worked alongside the academy's own catering team under the supervision of catering manager, Mrs Bolko, to prepare lunch for the students and staff.
The students fully embraced all of the tasks they were given, which ranged from slicing onions to decorating gingerbread men. Their teacher Mrs Lloyd was very pleased with how calmly and professionally the students worked and adapted to a new environment.
