The Academy helpdesk is a specialist ICT room with ICT technical support, which is bookable for lessons throughout the day, and also to be used by staff and students outside of lessons.

Helpdesk features 31 PC’S, and manages 40 iPads/iPods, all of which can be booked and delivered for use in lessons.

Helpdesk is open from 8.00am Monday-Friday for students to use, and closes at 4.10pm. Also situated in helpdesk are the Academy IT technicians, who are on hand to assist staff and students with any hardware, software or general technical issues they may have.
