Academy Helpdesk
The Helpdesk has 30 computers for staff and students to use. During lesson times a teacher may book a place in advance for students, but during breaks and enrichments (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) students can book the facility themselves.
The computers in Helpdesk all have Internet access so students can do research as well as word processing, desk top publishing, spreadsheets, databases and creating their own web pages.
I.T. help and support is available throughout the day from a member of the IT Support team working in Helpdesk. Other facilities available in Helpdesk are colour printing, the scanning of images, and password changing.
